At The Vale at Baymeadows, four-legged family members are welcome to settle right in—starting with our large, off-leash dog park just steps from your door. Review our pet policy below to see what to expect before your furry friend moves in.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
